Her experience spans private practice, hospital-based work, and international service, giving her a deep understanding of the cultural, emotional, and physical needs of families in a variety of settings.
In addition to her direct work with families, Jen has played a significant role in shaping the next generation of birth workers. She is the founding Director of Elizabeth Project International. She has trained and mentored hundreds of doulas, childbirth educators, and maternal health professionals, and has developed comprehensive educational curricula that have been implemented in both local and international programs.
At the heart of Jen’s work is a commitment to empowerment—equipping families with knowledge, confidence, and compassionate support, while also building strong, skilled, and informed communities of professionals who share her vision for respectful and individualized maternity care.
